Peanut Butter Banana Bread


2 ripe bananas
1 big spoonful chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in the other. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
