Artichoke Dip


 

  • 1 can artichokes in water, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • smoked paprika
  • red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients. I added more mayo as needed for texture. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Top with more smoked paprika.
