- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp sugar free hazelnut syrup
- 1 cup splenda
- about 2 Tablespoons water
Mix dry and wet ingredients together. The mixture should just hold together. Let set a minute or two and you’ll be able to mold them better. Roll into balls about an inch in diameter. Bake for 15 minutes at 325.
