Sugar Free Coconut Macaroons


 

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp sugar free hazelnut syrup
  • 1 cup splenda
  • about 2 Tablespoons water

Mix dry and wet ingredients together. The mixture should just hold together. Let set a minute or two and you’ll be able to mold them better. Roll into balls about an inch in diameter.┬áBake for 15 minutes at 325.
